What to Automate First

The question I get more than any other is where do I even start. So we start with your week, not with a tool. You walk through the work you actually do, we score each task on how often it comes back, what it costs you when it goes wrong, and how automatable it honestly is, and you leave with the first three things to fix and the reason they are in that order.
